2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
Your data shall be processed for the purpose of handling the registration of your account and giving you access to the Platform.
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent given by you to do so.

Your data shall not be assigned, sold, leased or otherwise made available to third parties, except in the case of FLUIDRA’s service providers who render certain services to ZODIAC POOL CARE EUROPE, who shall under no circumstances process them for their own purposes. 5. DURATION OF PROCESSING
All of the data that you provide to us shall be processed for the period during which your account remains active, until you request to unsubscribe from the Platform or until ZODIAC POOL CARE EUROPE may consider that you are no longer interested in keeping it open following a period of inactivity of 2 years by you .
Once the terms stated in this section have come to an end, ZODIAC POOL CARE EUROPE shall keep your personal data on record duly anonymized for statistical purposes or market surveys, provided this is possible, or duly locked in order to comply with any legal obligations to which the company is subject.
6. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS
You may at any time withdraw your consent to your data being processed for any of the above purposes, although it must be borne in mind that this may mean that we are unable to provide you with certain services that are offered on the website.
